Polish Euvic Group goes public through reverse merger

Polish IT company Euvic Group has become public by entering the NewConnect alternative market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange through a reverse merger mechanism.

In early January 2026, Euvic S.A. merged with eo Networks S.A., obtaining public company status. This became possible by using the reverse merger mechanism, allowing private companies to go public faster than through a traditional Initial Public Offering (IPO). On the first day of trading, the share price was 29.8 zlotys, valuing the company at approximately 1 billion zlotys. As of the end of February 2026, the company’s shares are traded within the range of 23–25.4 zlotys with a market capitalization of about 892 million zlotys.

Within the structure of Euvic Group are seven Ukrainian IT companies, including Exoft, Artkai, 7Devs, Lampa Software, WeExpert, Diya, and one other company whose name is not disclosed. The overall turnover of the group exceeds $230 million, and key areas of activity include software development outsourcing, digital transformation, cloud solutions, and implementation of corporate IT infrastructures.

Founded in 2005, Euvic Group unites over 30 companies and has more than 6,000 specialists in Poland, Ukraine, Sweden, the USA, and other countries. The Ukrainian segment currently employs over 500 specialists, with plans to increase the team to 1,000 employees.

Period Share Price (zlotys) Market Capitalization (million zlotys)
First day of trading 29.8 1000
End of February 2026 23–25.4 892

Experts believe that the reverse merger strategy can be advantageous for companies seeking to become public faster and raise additional capital for development.
