Drone forces struck the Ryazan Oil Refinery – video

Ukrainian drones hit strategic target in Russia

On the night of November 15, Ukrainian drone systems struck the Ryazan oil refinery, one of the four largest refineries in Russia. The operation was accompanied by explosions and fire, as reported by the military on social media.

The Ryazan refinery is an important supplier of fuel and lubricants, particularly for the Russian Aerospace Forces. Annually, the plant produces about 840,000 tons of TS-1 aviation kerosene. Although the exact consequences of the attack are still being clarified, such strikes have a significant impact on the logistical capabilities of Russian military equipment.

According to representatives of the Ukrainian General Staff, in addition to the Ryazan refinery, other strategic Russian infrastructure objects were also struck, including the “Nebo-U” radar station in occupied Crimea and a military train near Tokmak. These attacks highlight Ukraine’s continued active pressure on the enemy’s military infrastructure.

It should be noted that this is not the first attack on this oil refinery, as it also suffered a strike last month. The Ukrainian side positions such operations as part of a broader strategy to weaken Russian military capabilities.

Experts believe that strikes on key infrastructure objects can limit the mobility and effectiveness of Russian military forces while simultaneously boosting the morale of Ukrainian defenders.
