The co-founders of Uklon have launched the OneClan startup studio with a focus on Defense Tech.
Dmytro Dubrovskyi and Serhii Smus, co-founders of Uklon, announced the launch of the startup studio OneClan, which will be engaged in creating and scaling innovative projects. The total amount of authorized capital is 9 million hryvnias.
On March 27, 2026, Dmytro Dubrovskyi registered LLC “VAN KLAN”, which became the main legal entity of the new project. The OneClan startup studio positions itself as a team that creates startups from idea to scaling, based on experience working with Uklon and the Nezlamni Fund. The first projects of the studio have already received support, including Himera, Frontline, Ailand Systems, Mantis Analytics, and Buntar Aerospace.
The studio’s business model includes selecting ideas, testing them, creating an MVP, market testing, and further scaling or closing the project. The OneClan team includes Olena Pinska, the financial director, and Anastasia Demyanuk, the chief legal advisor. The startup studio is actively seeking specialists to develop its products in Kyiv in a hybrid format, with open positions in specialties such as RF systems engineer, computer vision algorithm developer, product designer, and marketing strategy specialist.
Currently, the ultimate beneficiary of the company is Dmytro Dubrovskyi, who owns the startup studio through the venture fund “Serekano Investment”. According to him, OneClan is not connected with his other initiatives, such as the Nezlamni Fund, which continues to develop its portfolio companies. The Nezlamni Fund, founded in 2024, focuses on investments in defense technology and has already invested a significant amount in the development of unmanned reconnaissance drones.
Analysts note that such initiatives can have a significant impact on the development of defense technologies, which is relevant in the context of modern armed conflicts. The independence of OneClan from the Nezlamni Fund allows the studio to focus on a broader spectrum of innovation.
