The Ukrainian company Trinity Robotics has attracted investments from Swedish investors Front Ventures and Hede Capital, as well as the Ukrainian Defence Builder Fund I. The deal, with a total amount of 500,000 euros, was implemented with the support of the consulting firm Axendra, which specializes in M&A deals.
This investment agreement has become a new milestone for Trinity Robotics, which is engaged in the development of ground robotic systems (GRS). Axendra co-founder Olha Sytnychenko noted that although the amount raised is not substantial, the company sees great potential in Trinity Robotics’ robotic developments and plans to attract even more investments in the future.
Axendra already has experience in supporting similar deals. The company is active in supporting and developing Ukrainian defense startups, providing advice on strategic positioning, long-term goals, and valuation. In addition to Trinity Robotics, Axendra is preparing another project in the field of airspace protection for an investment round of 5 million euros, confirming that the company intends to continue promoting the development of the Ukrainian Defense Tech sector by helping startups work with international investors.
Founded about a year ago, Axendra combines expertise in military technologies and capital raising strategies. This allows the team to find effective investment solutions for companies and investors seeking to enter the Ukrainian defense technology market.
