Ukrainian Vchasno Group has invested $1 million in the business automation platform Hippo.uz
The group of Ukrainian IT companies Vchasno Group announced an investment of $1 million in the platform Hippo.uz, which will boost the growth of the technological ecosystem in the Central Asian market.
According to Vchasno’s announcement, the investment is aimed at sharing technological experience and speeding up the implementation of advanced digital solutions in Central Asia. This will allow the Uzbek platform Hippo.uz, which specializes in business process automation, to expand its range of services and strengthen its position in the region.
Hippo.uz provides a wide range of services for small and medium-sized businesses, including electronic document management (EDM), warehouse automation (WMS), POS systems, and data exchange between suppliers and retail (EDI). Thanks to the experience of Vchasno Group, the introduction of proven digital solutions is planned, which will help optimize costs and increase the efficiency of large retail networks.
This agreement is part of Vchasno Group’s strategic plan to expand technological competence through international investments, which will contribute not only to digital transformation in Ukraine but also in the global market.
Such solutions help reduce costs, but also carry risks associated with technology integration and process management in new conditions. Experts believe that such investments can form the basis for scaling new digital products and increasing the competitiveness of companies.
