Ukrainian startup M-Fly received $1.4 million for the development of drone technologies

Ukrainian startup M-Fly attracted about $1.4 million to develop innovative solutions for drones used in military operations. The group is actively working on integrating camera stabilizers into unmanned aerial vehicles.

As reported by the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, M-Fly has developed a high-quality camera stabilizer that can ensure stable imagery even during high-speed flights and in challenging weather conditions. These stabilizers are already being used on Ukrainian reconnaissance drones, providing image clarity that is critically important for military operations.

The received investment will allow M-Fly to continue working on the project and expand the capabilities of their product. Mykhailo Fedorov noted that the company is also in negotiations for the next round of funding.

This event takes place against the backdrop of extensive cooperation between Ukraine and NATO. On November 26, 2025, the start of the first joint program UNITE — Brave NATO was announced, aimed at accelerating the implementation of defense technologies on the battlefield. This will help Ukraine to improve its military equipment and enhance the effectiveness of defense operations.

Experts believe that the implementation of new technologies such as M-Fly stabilizers will significantly improve the quality of images obtained from drones, which, in turn, will enhance military operation planning and affect tactical decision-making by commanders.
