According to the mayor of Kremenchuk, Vitaliy Maletskyi, the city is completely without power, and the authorities are making efforts to ensure water supply, sewage, and heating. Utility and emergency services are working in an intensified mode to eliminate the consequences of the attack.
The head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Kohut, reported that Russian forces launched a massive strike on the Poltava region, affecting energy infrastructure. One resident was injured and is under medical supervision. Special schedules for emergency power outages have been introduced in the region.
It is noted that the Kremenchuk community lacks electricity and water supply, and heating is partially absent. Water delivery has been organized for residents, and additional buses have been deployed to replace non-working electric transport.
