Ukraine opens the market for accompanying foreign volunteers for Ukrainian companies.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine introduces a new initiative that allows only verified Ukrainian companies to accompany foreign volunteers for military service.
Minister of Defense of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov announced that from this moment, the process of accompanying foreigners will be available exclusively for those companies that have undergone state verification. This allows the volunteer recruitment process to be transparent and equal for all participants.
Ukrainian companies participating in this program will receive a fixed reward for each foreign volunteer who successfully signs a contract for military service. Payments will be made in stages after the foreigner completes the relevant integration and documentation steps.
Only companies that have official registration in Ukraine, have undergone state verification, meet the requirements of integrity, and demonstrate financial stability will be able to join the initiative. To start their activity, they must submit an electronic application on the official website, after which a program representative will contact them.
The importance of this initiative lies in establishing the procedure for recruiting foreign military specialists into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which can contribute to strengthening the country’s defense capabilities. National experts believe that the implemented measures will improve control over the process and ensure greater trust from international partners.
