The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dismissed Zoryana Stetsiuk from the position of Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation. This decision was made in the context of ongoing changes within the structure of the ministry.
Zoryana Stetsiuk has held this position since July 2025, focusing her efforts on implementing digital technologies into government structures to improve efficiency and transparency of governance. She dealt with issues of public information openness, accessibility of open data, improvement of data quality in state electronic registers, and building a unified ecosystem for digitalization across various sectors.
Zoryana Stetsiuk had previously successfully worked on integrating the online registration of individual entrepreneurs on the “Diia” portal. She has significant experience in the field of public services reengineering, as she previously belonged to the directorate of the Ministry of Digital Transformation. She also worked as an expert at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
Amid changes in the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Oleksandr Bornyakov has been serving as the acting minister since January 15, 2026, when Mykhailo Fedorov became the Minister of Defense. Bornyakov, who joined the team of the Ministry of Digital Transformation in 2019, is trying to synchronize the work of the ministry with European standards. Among his priorities are digital Eurointegration, joining the EU Single Digital Market, supporting DefenseTech initiatives, and innovating in the modern economy.
