Startup of the Day: Karpatia Benefits — a platform for managing benefits

The Ukrainian startup Karpatia has developed a platform for optimizing corporate benefits management. The platform reduces the time spent on administering these benefits by 90%, offering innovative solutions for companies in Ukraine and beyond.

Karpatia Benefits is a SaaS platform aimed not only at simplifying the corporate administration process but also allowing employees to choose benefits that best suit their individual needs and lifestyles. The startup was founded by Alina Holubeva, Mikhail Zelenin, and Dmytro Stepanenko based on their experience in the insurance service Karpatia. Previously, the startup had already introduced corporate insurance programs for various companies. The platform’s expanded marketplace allows teams to choose from a variety of options rather than sticking to standard packages.

Karpatia has already established itself in the Ukrainian market without any direct competitors and also plans to enter the markets of Poland and Spain. The startup’s main strategy is improving customer experience and gaining a deep understanding of the needs of the target audience. The startup is self-funded and has received support from Google within the USF program. Scaling and attracting new investments are planned for next year. The company has already achieved significant success by launching its first enterprise client and expanding in IT, technology, manufacturing, retail, and FMCG sectors.

Karpatia sees great potential in the continuation and development of the flexible benefits model in future markets. This aligns with the general trend of shifting from fixed to more personalized solutions.
