Startup of the Day: CostCare AI — an AI tool for social media automation

Ukrainian startup CostCare AI raised $500,000 in investments for the development of an AI tool

CostCare AI, a Ukrainian startup specializing in automating social media communication, recently raised $500,000 in angel investments to expand the team and develop its product. The startup was founded by Vachtel Paul and Andrii Varenyk.

CostCare AI offers businesses an AI solution that helps process incoming traffic through text and voice channels more effectively, ensuring transparency in sales with AI analytics. The company operates under a B2B SaaS model and is actively entering Tier 1 markets. The founders emphasize that their competitive advantage lies in deep immersion in each client’s business, allowing them to create quality solutions, albeit not as quickly scalable.

According to the representatives of the startup, the MVP of the product was created for an outsourcing client, after which the team realized the product’s potential. Since then, they have been working actively to gain a deep understanding of the market and user needs. The development of AI technologies is currently on the rise, and the market for automating business communication with leads is growing by more than 30–40% annually.

Among competitors, the company highlights Newo AI, Droxy AI, and Smith AI but emphasizes its uniqueness through a personalized approach to automating business processes. The value of the AI sales assistant market is developing very dynamically, and there is currently room for quality players.

To date, over $250,000 has been invested in the startup since the beginning of the year thanks to pre-seed support. The team is actively looking for new developers in AI, Large Language Models, Generative AI, and AI Agents to further strengthen its market position.
