Skyeton and INTEC agreed on the supply of UAVs for the German Armed Forces

Ukrainian drone manufacturer Skyeton has signed an agreement with German INTEC to supply drones to Germany.

The Ukrainian company Skyeton has signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation with the German INTEC Industrie-Technik GmbH to supply unmanned systems for the German Armed Forces.

The agreement involves the initial promotion of the Raybird unmanned aerial complex in the German market. This project will be adapted to the requirements of the European and German defense sectors. INTEC’s CEO Christoph Otten noted that the partnership will provide the German military with proven Ukrainian technologies that have already demonstrated their effectiveness in combat conditions.

Raybird is a NATO-standard Class 1 drone capable of quickly changing payloads. It can be equipped with various high-tech sensors, such as target tracking cameras, reconnaissance cameras, synthetic aperture radar, and a radio signal detection locator. The drone has flown over 350,000 hours in Ukrainian service. Its features include the capability to stay airborne for up to 28 hours and operate at altitudes of up to 10,000 meters.

Founded by engineer Oleksandr Stepura in 2006, Skyeton is a renowned manufacturer of unmanned aerial systems. In addition to its agreement with INTEC, the company has international collaboration experience: in July 2025, Skyeton announced a joint venture with the British Prevail Partners, and in March 2025, a collaboration with Spanish Escribano to develop strike systems based on drones.

INTEC Group is a German engineering integrator that has been working in the defense sector for over 25 years. The company is one of the key partners of the Bundeswehr and is involved in projects in air, land, sea, and cyberspace.
