Businessman Timur Mindich left Ukraine in a premium taxi
Timur Mindich, a Ukrainian entrepreneur and a figure in the anti-corruption operation “Midas,” left Ukraine using the services of the Lviv premium transportation service “TimeLux.” His departure coincided with the commencement of law enforcement actions within the case.
According to the investigation by the “Schemes” project from Radio Liberty, Mindich crossed the border in a Mercedes-Benz S 350, which belongs to Maksym Vovk, the owner of “TimeLux.” The sequence of investigative actions by law enforcement coincided with his departure from the country; however, the departure, according to the SBSU, was carried out legally. Mindich left under the right as a father of a large family.
The company “TimeLux,” registered only in May 2025, provides transportation services to European countries, advertising fast border crossing. Eldar Asadulayev, who previously worked in the regional administration of the State Border Guard Service, is also a co-owner of the business. This adds particular interest to the company’s activities and raises additional questions among the public.

Meanwhile, media note that Mindich had not been charged with offenses before his departure, although cases of suspected corruption had already taken place. Observers also note that the company, although young, was founded with the apparent purpose of serving elite clients.
