The DELTA system has reduced the intelligence transmission time to two minutes.
The DELTA system, implemented in the Ukrainian Defense Forces, has significantly improved the processing and transmission of intelligence information. Ukrainian Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal reported that thanks to DELTA, this process has been reduced from 72 hours in 2014 to just two minutes.
The DELTA system, developed by the Ukrainian military, processes verified information about more than 2000 targets daily. Each month, the number of objects mapped exceeds 1.5 million. DELTA is actively used by 90% of the units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, indicating its effectiveness and importance under modern combat conditions.
In October 2024, DELTA was enhanced with the Vezha video analysis platform, capable of processing up to 50,000 video streams per month. Additionally, the AI Avengers module, integrated into the system, detects 70% of enemy equipment in 2.2 seconds. This significantly increases the accuracy and speed of decision-making on the battlefield.
DELTA became the first combat system in Ukraine to undergo cybersecurity checks according to NATO standards. It provides military personnel with the ability to work in a secure environment with video streaming, protected chat, and tools for operational and intelligence planning. In August 2025, Denys Shmyhal signed an order to implement DELTA at all levels of the Defense Forces.
