Fractal Invests $1 Million in Fintech Startup Finerd for AI Platform Development

The Fractal group has invested $1 million in the fintech startup Finerd, which specializes in developing an AI platform for financial management. The public launch of the service is planned for the end of 2025.

The investment was confirmed by Fractal’s founder, Artem Borodatiuk, who noted that the startup’s current burn rate is about $100,000 per month. Finerd is targeting a niche audience, so-called “financial nerds,” and will provide access to its service by invitation only.

Fractal’s ecosystem already includes several successful projects co-founded with Radomir Novkovich, one of which was a financial accounting product released nearly ten years ago.

An important context for this event is the rebranding of the Ukrainian business group Netpeak Group, which occurred in August 2025. More than 25 companies and three non-profit organizations began operating under the unified brand FRACTAL.
