For collective security: Ukrainian defense company Skyfall plans to open a production facility in Denmark.

Denmark begins negotiations with the Ukrainian company Skyfall to open a factory.

The Danish government has officially initiated discussions with the Ukrainian defense company Skyfall about opening its production on Danish territory as part of a strategic partnership between the two countries.

Negotiations between Denmark and Skyfall aim to strengthen defense cooperation, where Ukraine serves as an important technological partner. Denmark has already become the first country to fund weapons production in Ukraine by ordering equipment for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which not only accelerates arms supplies but also supports the Ukrainian economy by developing technological cycles within the country.

An important condition for the future agreement is cooperation with Danish enterprises, which will allow both countries to exchange expertise. This, in turn, will assist in adapting Ukrainian developments to NATO standards and ensuring the high combat readiness of the armed forces of both countries through continuous innovation.

In parallel with the negotiations, the Danish Ministry of Defense plans to conduct a detailed audit of Skyfall. The due diligence process will include checking the ownership structure, analyzing finances, and identifying possible corruption risks, which will be carried out in cooperation with Ukrainian authorities to ensure transparency of investments and the security of technologies.

As a result of successful negotiations, Skyfall could become the second Ukrainian arms manufacturer with a plant in Denmark, highlighting the deepening interstate cooperation in the military field.
