The export of IT services from Ukraine in 2025 rises but does not reach the peak levels of previous years.
For 11 months of 2025, the export of IT services from Ukraine amounted to $5.97 billion, which is 2.4% higher than the same indicator in 2024. However, the current level is still 3% lower than in 2021 and almost 10% lower than in 2022. This indicates a stabilization of the industry following previous years of decline.
The IT sector in Ukraine remains a significant part of the economy, accounting for 42% of the entire export of services in the country. Considering the overall export of goods and services, the share of IT is 12%. However, the total export of services in the country decreased by 9%, amounting to $14.33 billion, and the overall export of goods and services decreased by 5%, reaching $49.21 billion.
Experts note that although the IT sector shows some recovery, the former peak levels have yet to be reached. At the same time, continued growth in this field could become a driving force for stabilizing the national economy.
