According to numerous reports, they are promised amnesty in exchange for their willingness to fight. This decision allows for increasing the number of soldiers at minimal costs, although it raises significant ethical questions. Simultaneously, during the war, the potential of foreigners encouraged to join Russian armed formations is actively utilized.

This practice carries its risks. According to military experts, the unpreparedness of recruits can negatively affect the combat morale in the army. Additionally, the involvement of individuals with criminal backgrounds calls into question the effectiveness of teamwork and discipline in the army, which may lead to growing dissatisfaction among the regular soldiers.

Considering these events, analysts point out that Russia continues to maneuver, trying to maintain the image of a “great power.” However, behind the facade, there is a tendency to sacrifice resources and people to achieve strategic goals. This approach risks leading to further economic and social consequences, including the deepening of the human rights crisis and the erosion of trust in the government within the country.
