Estonian-Ukrainian startup DoD Solution announced that it secured investment from the venture fund Network.VC Defense as part of a Pre-seed round. The financial details of the deals remain confidential.
DoD Solution, founded by Lviv natives Ivan Oleksii and Nazar Kravchuk in 2023, specializes in developing embedded artificial intelligence platforms for unmanned systems. The company plans to use the acquired funds to develop the AURA platform, implement an AI autonomy stack, and create new single-board computers for drones. The investments will also be directed at developing swarm interaction technologies and expanding cooperation with defense partners in international markets.
Network.VC Defense, headquartered in Silicon Valley, focuses on venture and syndicated investments in the field of defense and dual-use technologies. Among the founders of the fund are Oleksandr Soroka, Valeriy Omelchenko, Kel Deutsch, and Jeff Wallace. Its portfolio includes over 27 startups, such as SWARMER and Bavovna.AI. The fund was renamed from Oppenheimer due to integration into the Network.VC ecosystem and optimization of international activities.
