The “Conductors of Change” Award honored the best innovators of the decade
On November 19, during the X Forum “Conductors of Change” in Ukraine, a solemn ceremony was held to award the laureates of the “Conductors of Change” award, recognizing leaders who made a significant contribution to the development of the state, business, and society.
The award, presented by Deloitte Ukraine, aims to recognize those who have been driving transformational processes in society for ten years. “For ten years in a row, we have brought together people who shape the future of the country. This award is a way to thank those who have been the driving force of change over the past 10 years,” said Sergey Kulyk, managing partner of Deloitte Ukraine.
An expert jury, which included speakers and moderators from the forums of previous years, determined the winners in six nominations. Evaluation was conducted based on several criteria, each assessed on a five-point scale. The winners were those who scored the highest number of points in each category.
The winners in different nominations were:
- “Partnership for the Future”: Superhumans Center for creating a high-tech rehabilitation and prosthetics system in Ukraine.
- “Community Power”: Superhumans Center for demonstrating the success of the team and community in transforming the world around them.
- “Art of Identity”: documentary film “20 Days in Mariupol” preserving important testimonies of modern Ukrainian history.
- “Drivers of Progress”: Ajax Systems for breakthrough technologies and unconventional management solutions in the development of the industry.
- “Open Ukraine”: Ajax Systems for successful expansion into the global market.
- “Resilience in Action”: Ukrzaliznytsia for leadership and resilience in the toughest times.
The “Conductors of Change” forum remains a platform where leaders from different fields come together to achieve a common goal—the transformation of society, business, and the state.
