Anthropic, Blackstone, and other companies are creating a joint AI venture for business worth $1.5 billion.

Anthropic has entered into an agreement to establish a joint venture involving Goldman Sachs and Blackstone. The total investment could reach $1.5 billion.

This is reported by the Wall Street Journal, citing sources close to the deal. The project envisages the establishment of a new company designed to help businesses implement artificial intelligence tools. The main investors include Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Anthropic, each planning to invest $300 million, while Goldman Sachs will allocate approximately $150 million. Other investors, including General Atlantic, will also join. The official announcement of the deal is expected on May 4.

A similar initiative is being developed by OpenAI, which is in talks to create its own joint venture with investment funds. Both companies are focusing their efforts on the corporate segment, offering artificial intelligence for businesses.

Analysts note that such projects could significantly change the market by making artificial intelligence more accessible to businesses of various sizes. This, in turn, could accelerate the adoption of new technologies and enhance companies’ competitiveness.
