Ukrainian pilots using Sting interceptors destroyed over 500 aerial targets remotely.

Ukrainian pilots have shot down more than 500 aerial targets with interceptor drones in three months.

Ukrainian military, using Hornet Vision Ctrl remote control drone technology, have destroyed more than 500 aerial targets in less than three months. This technology was developed by the MilTech-company “Diki Sherstni”.

The use of Hornet Vision Ctrl began in March 2026, and it has proven its efficiency in destroying dangerous airborne threats, specifically jet drones like the “Shahed” type. According to company data, 168 targets were destroyed in the Odesa sector, 269 in the Kyiv sector, and the remainder in other sections of the front line.

Hornet Vision Ctrl technology is part of the Hornet Vision ecosystem, which provides video transmission, low signal latency, and communication over long distances. This allows for the remote control of interceptor drones and has already demonstrated effectiveness at distances over 500 km. In April, Ukrainian pilots destroyed the first targets at such a distance, controlling the drones from outside Ukraine.

The company “Diki Sherstni”, which is behind these developments, is actively supported by the “Sternenko Community” within the “Shahedoriz” project and provides its unmanned systems to more than 100 units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
