Unwave conducted its first international trials in the Czech Republic
The Ukrainian company Unwave held its first international testing of electronic warfare (EW) tools in the Czech Republic, demonstrating the effectiveness of its developments outside Ukraine.
The trials conducted near Prague were part of the company’s plan to expand its international presence and exchange experience in the field of electronic warfare. The event took place with the permission of the State Export Control Service of Ukraine for the temporary export of military equipment. The Unwave team presented the Czech security forces with its comprehensive solutions designed to protect mobile platforms, transport objects, and critical infrastructure from the threat of unmanned aerial vehicles.
During the testing, the functionalities of systems such as “Bashur,” “Boombox,” “Shatro,” “Patelnia,” and “Malyuk” were tested. The trials were conducted with various models of commercial drones, including the DJI Mavic 3, Autel, and FPV drones on different control frequencies. Unwave aims not only to create solutions for the Defense Forces of Ukraine but also to establish an exchange of practical combat experience with international partners.
Founded in 2023, Unwave is rapidly developing, bringing together more than 350 specialists. It became the first company to receive a license from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to scale up tactical EW tools for Ukrainian forces. Recently, Taras Bublyk was appointed as the company’s CEO, focusing on business scaling and developing international cooperation.
