Ukrainian service Egov.in.ua is expanding into the French market, launching the iGov.fr platform. The project aims to simplify access to electronic services in France by integrating them into a single interface.
Igor Nikolayev, the founder of the platform, clarified that the choice of France is due to the high level of development of its digital public services. iGov.fr, as a non-profit initiative, seeks to make access to electronic services more convenient for users. Upon launch, the platform offers more than 1500 services covering areas such as justice, administration, social support, education, transport, and culture. All services are classified into more than 100 categories.
Before entering the French market, the Egov.in.ua team had already launched similar projects in Poland and the USA. This experience testifies to the effectiveness and demand for Ukrainian solutions in digitalization. Egov.in.ua was launched in Ukraine in 2020, becoming one of the first interfaces to integrate public services to simplify citizens’ interaction with state institutions.
Egov.in.ua remains an important player in the electronic services market, offering users integrated access to national and regional services. The project demonstrates the potential for implementing modern Ukrainian approaches to digitalization on the international stage, which may enhance Ukraine’s role in the global digital ecosystem.
