In March 2026, the volume of IT services exports from Ukraine increased by 8.8% compared to February, reaching $592 million, according to the report of the National Bank of Ukraine. Compared to the same period last year, this figure increased by 8.4%.
The main markets targeted by Ukrainian IT exports remained stable, with the United States leading at $230 million. Other significant partners include Malta with $53 million, Cyprus with $42 million, the United Kingdom with $37 million, and Israel with $24 million.
In the first quarter of 2026, Ukrainian IT companies exported services worth $1.644 billion, confirming the positive development dynamics of the sector. This direction not only provides a significant contribution to the national economy but also acts as one of the key export industries of Ukraine. According to 2025 data, the country had a total turnover in the IT sector of over $7.5 billion, with more than 86% being exports.
Oleksiy Dobronravov, head of the “Diya.City” project, notes that in 2025 about 303 thousand specialists were employed in the industry, contributing to a stable monthly income for the state of $543 million. Traditional partners remain not only the aforementioned countries but also Switzerland, Estonia, Germany, Poland, and the United Arab Emirates.
