Anthropic has entered into an agreement to establish a joint venture involving Goldman Sachs and Blackstone. The total investment could reach $1.5 billion.

Other investors, including General Atlantic, will also join. The official announcement of the deal is expected on May 4.
A similar initiative is being developed by OpenAI, which is in talks to create its own joint venture with investment funds. Both companies are focusing their efforts on the corporate segment, offering artificial intelligence for businesses.
