Resist.UA sells a stake in NRC “Teslia” to TAF Industries
The Defense Tech Foundation Resist.UA sold its stake in the ground robotic complex “Teslia” to the Ukrainian company TAF Industries. This information appeared in a press release provided to AIN.
The robotic complex “Teslia”, created by the company “Phantom Technology”, has been officially used by the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine since January 2025. Its main tasks are the transportation of cargo and the possibility of evacuating the wounded on the front line. Resist.UA’s investments in the development of this complex occurred in the summer of 2024, when the project was still in its early stages.
The NRC “Teslia” can carry up to 180 kg of cargo, and thanks to its six-wheel chassis, it has improved cross-country capabilities on difficult terrains. The maximum range is up to 40 km on a single charge or four hours of continuous operation. The cost of such robotic complexes on the Brave1 marketplace ranges from 307,100 to 531,760 UAH.
Resist.UA has a reputation as a fund that supports miltech projects in the early stages. The first Resist.UA fund, formed with Ukrainian capital, reviewed over 600 projects and helped more than 100 DefTech teams. The mission of the foundation is to create sustainable companies with the potential to enter international markets.
TAF Industries, in turn, is a leading developer of defense technologies in Ukraine. The company has an extensive network of manufacturing facilities and an R&D center. Its portfolio includes about 30 products, including FPVs, reconnaissance UAVs, electronic warfare systems, and artificial intelligence solutions. Previously, the company launched a series of robotic complexes “Legit”.
