OpenAI introduces a new feature for analyzing users’ yearly activity
OpenAI has launched the “Your Year with ChatGPT” feature, allowing users to analyze their yearly activity with the ChatGPT chatbot, awarding special “rewards” for interaction.
The “Your Year with ChatGPT” feature, similar to solutions in other applications, offers users a vivid visual overview of their activity throughout the year. With this feature, users can receive special titles, such as “Creative Debugger,” for using the bot to solve problems and generate ideas. Additionally, the application creates poems and images based on the user’s interests over the past year.
According to TechCrunch, the new feature is available to users of the Free, Plus, and Pro plans, provided that options for saving chat history and memories are enabled in the settings. However, it is unavailable for corporate and educational accounts. To view their yearly activity, users can click on a special banner in the app or ask the chatbot to display “Your Year with ChatGPT.”
The functionality was initially launched for users in English-speaking countries such as the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Users will be able to view their yearly summaries both on the web version and in mobile apps on iOS and Android.
