Zelensky discusses personnel issues with Servant of the People amid international negotiations
President Volodymyr Zelensky, in a closed meeting with the “Servant of the People” faction, stated that he would return to personnel matters after completing a two-week period of intensive international negotiations.
One of the deputies present at the meeting mentioned that the president emphasized the importance of the upcoming two weeks, during which significant discussions and meetings with international partners are planned. Specifically, Zelensky has planned negotiations with the President of the USA, Donald Trump.
There was also a discussion regarding the leadership of the President’s Office. Zelensky noted that Andriy Yermak is his personal head of the OP, not France’s. This could be a response to calls for Yermak’s dismissal due to scandals in the energy sector. However, the president neither confirmed nor denied potential personnel changes.
Recall that on November 18, there were rumors about Yermak’s resignation due to a corruption scandal. Part of the “Servant of the People” party advocated for the creation of a coalition of national resilience and a new government, but this was not supported by the leadership of the faction.
