A large-scale missile attack has caused damage to the western regions of Ukraine
On the morning of November 19, Ukraine suffered a new missile attack from Russia. The targets were the western regions, including the cities of Burshtyn, Lviv, and Ternopil.
The Ukrainian Air Force reported detecting air targets heading west. Six Tu-95MS aircraft, taking off from the Olenya airfield, participated in the attack. The first activity was recorded at 03:30, with missiles appearing in Ukraine’s airspace from 05:00. Reports indicated explosions in Burshtyn, Ternopil, Lviv, and other cities.
As a result of the night attacks, 32 people were injured in the Khmelnytskyi region, and residential buildings were damaged in Ternopil. Damage footage is already appearing on social media. Official information continues to be received.
The powerful attack was again aimed at critical infrastructure, particularly energy. The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine reported the introduction of emergency power outages in several regions of the country.

In response to the threat, Poland scrambled its fighters. The previous similar attack on Ukraine occurred on November 14, when Russia launched 430 drones and 19 missiles.
