Use of Artificial Intelligence in Ukrainian Business: Current Status and Prospects
Artificial intelligence is gradually becoming an essential part of Ukrainian companies’ operations. According to a study by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in cooperation with Top Lead, 93% of Ukrainian enterprises already use AI for data analysis, automation, marketing, and forecasting.
A positive impact of artificial intelligence on productivity and economic indicators is noted by 62% of companies, highlighting this tool’s significant potential in business. One example of successful AI integration is Fintech Farm, whose co-founder, Dmytro Dubilet, created an internal portal RoaryAI for optimizing processes and team interaction. Given that the company does not have a single office, with almost 500 employees working in different countries, such a portal ensures effective collaboration. RoaryAI’s functionality includes an HR system, document flow, task management, call records and transcriptions, as well as AI agents’ work.
According to Dubilet, he independently worked on the project, spending several hours a day on it. The total costs for tokens amounted to about $15,000, while traditional development would have required a team of 50 people and significant funds, possibly from $1 to $2 million. This demonstrates how AI can significantly reduce the costs of creating innovative products.
Currently, Fintech Farm is actively operating in six countries, including Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Kyrgyzstan, India, and Morocco. The company does not plan to attract new investments this year but is planning a new investment round next year. This underscores the importance of AI as a strategic element for the growth and improvement of enterprises in the modern digital world.
