Secret meeting of 35 countries in Spain: discussion of assistance to Ukraine
On November 4, a closed meeting of representatives from 35 countries will take place in Spain, aimed at discussing enhanced support for Ukraine. The event is organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain with strict adherence to secrecy.
The meeting will start at 09:00 and continue until 15:30, including two sessions dedicated to key issues of providing aid to Ukraine. The first session will focus on opportunities to increase support for Kyiv, discuss urgent financial needs, and coordinate actions to increase pressure on Russia.
During the second session, participants will consider a comprehensive approach to security guarantees for Ukraine. Current discussions on legal, political, and diplomatic bases of protection, as well as the potential contribution of the coalition in deterring further aggression from Russia, will be discussed.
The meeting will take place two weeks after important negotiations in London, where leaders considered the possibility of supplying Tomahawk missiles and using frozen Russian assets to fund support for Ukraine.
