Google has integrated new agent functions into the search engine for ticket booking
Google has announced the launch of new features in AI Mode, integrated into Google Search. This allows users to make complex queries and get detailed responses directly in the search engine.
The new capabilities of AI Mode include functions to assist in booking tickets for various events and services in the beauty and health sectors. Now users can create complex queries, and the system will find available options that match the set criteria.
For example, a user can formulate a query about searching for cheap tickets to a local concert, and AI Mode will scan various websites to provide optimal options. To complete the purchase, the user will be redirected to the appropriate booking page.
This update follows Google’s recent implementation of table booking in restaurants, allowing users to choose the date, time, and even the desired cuisine, getting the best offers from various platforms.
The new features are available to all users subscribed to the experimental Google Search Labs service in the U.S. Those subscribed to Google AI Pro or Ultra will have access to higher usage limits. Notably, Google has already implemented a meeting scheduling feature through Gmail using AI.
