As part of the agreement, FOX will invest in HOLYWATER’s ecosystem, enabling the creation of more than 200 vertical series.
The collaboration with Ukrainian company HOLYWATER focuses on developing new digital storytelling formats, according to FOX Entertainment CEO Rob Wade. The new content will target a younger audience by adapting stories to current media consumption trends. Planned projects include series such as “Billionaire Blackmail” and “Bound by Obsession,” which will be available on the My Drama platform.
Bogdan Nesvit and Anatoliy Kasyanov, co-founders of HOLYWATER, emphasized that partnering with FOX will help transform vertical series from a temporary trend into a permanent mainstream. HOLYWATER currently unites more than 55 million users. Founded in Ukraine in 2020, the company combines creative approaches with artificial intelligence, generating revenues of $12–15 million per series.
This agreement is part of FOX Entertainment’s strategy to expand its content portfolio and invest in the creative industry. Previously, FOX concluded deals with The Lighthouse and started collaborations with renowned culinary expert Gordon Ramsay.
