Fire Point reviews plans for acquiring top manager Iryna Terekh’s company
Fire Point is planning to resubmit an application to the Antimonopoly Committee to purchase an enterprise that is likely owned by Iryna Terekh. The previous deal was canceled due to the expiration of the review period.
The head of Fire Point, Denys Shtilerman, confirmed that the company submitted an application to acquire the enterprise founded by top manager Iryna Terekh back in 2025, but did not receive a response from the Antimonopoly Committee. The possible deal was valued at 26 million dollars.
After a review, Fire Point is preparing to file a new application. Meanwhile, it has not been officially disclosed which enterprise is planned to be acquired. According to some sources, it is about LLC “Falkon Technology” where Iryna Terekh is the director and owner, with a revenue of over 180 million hryvnias in 2025. This enterprise is already collaborating with Fire Point in development projects.
After exiting Fire Point in 2024 due to differences in management approaches, Iryna Terekh continued to collaborate on separate international projects. Under the future agreement, she is expected to return to Fire Point with her team upon acquisition.
In the context of cooperation with other enterprises, Fire Point previously discussed selling a stake in the company with the foreign holding EDGE Group. According to sources, the value of 30% of Fire Point shares could be approximately 760 million dollars with a total company valuation of 2.5 billion dollars. The deal with EDGE Group did not happen, as the Antimonopoly Committee returned the holding’s application.
