The American investor urges Ukraine to improve communication with the US in the context of the war.
Investor Perry Boyle stated that Ukraine needs to create a separate ministry to improve communications with American media to change Ukraine’s perception in the US. According to Boyle, this can help foster a better understanding of Ukraine’s significance in the field of military developments and technology.
Perry Boyle, co-founder of MITS Capital, speaking at the Ground Truth Symposium in the Capitol, emphasized that American media often underestimate Ukraine’s significance as one of the largest countries in Europe. According to him, Ukraine needs to better “sell” its story, especially in the context of military developments, which are currently lacking in the United States.
Boyle noted that Ukrainian media coverage in the US is “not very good” and suggested creating a separate Ministry of Communications to combat this stereotype. He also emphasized the importance of providing more resources to Ukraine from the US and Europe.
Additionally, at the symposium, Congressman Pat Harrigan acknowledged that Ukraine has protection from a surge of inexpensive drones, which the United States currently cannot counter as effectively. This raises questions about the effectiveness of modern expensive military aircraft compared to affordable drones.
