Artificial intelligence assistants have started working on the “Diia.Business” portal, aimed at helping entrepreneurs develop their own businesses. The project is part of Ukraine’s strategy to transition to the Agentic state concept, which involves proactively meeting the needs of citizens.
The application of new AI assistants allows entrepreneurs to receive personalized advice and information. Their work covers various stages of business development — from generating an initial idea to entering the international market. The five assistants have different specializations: Robert responds to general queries, Foundia assists at the creation and launch stages, Grant consults on financial matters, Smart offers solutions for digitalization, and Market aids in export preparation.
According to Mikhail Fedorov, the Minister of Digital Transformation, the new capabilities provided by the assistants will not replace expert consultations but will significantly ease the process of navigating available opportunities. This is another step in building artificial intelligence infrastructure, which began with the launch of Diia.AI in September 2025 and the creation of the national “Sovereign AI Factory.”
Analysts emphasize the importance of such projects in the context of Ukraine’s rising ranking in the global AI readiness index, where the country moved up to 40th place among 195 countries over a year, significantly improving its position.
