The Cabinet of Ministers allocated over 4 billion UAH to support infrastructure in frontline regions.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to allocate more than 4 billion UAH to strengthen infrastructure and support local budgets in the frontline regions of the country. This decision is crucial for ensuring the logistical and humanitarian needs of the areas that suffer the most losses from the fighting.
According to Prime Minister Yuliya Sviridenko, the Ukrainian government decided to allocate 665 million UAH for the purchase of fuel for nine frontline regions. In addition, 1.8 billion UAH from the reserve fund is allocated for the restoration and maintenance of road infrastructure in these regions. Specifically, 1.46 billion UAH is directed to state roads in the Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, and Odesa regions, and another 306 million UAH for local roads in the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.
The government also allocated 1.6 billion UAH in additional subsidies to support local budgets in the fourth quarter of 2025. This financial package is aimed at supporting social and economic projects in regions particularly affected by the war.
Earlier, the Ukrainian government allocated 6 billion UAH for the restoration of energy infrastructure and railways. Of these, the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development (for Ukrzaliznytsia) received 800.5 million UAH, and the regional military administrations received 5.2 billion UAH.
