The Cabinet redistributed ₴37 million for payments of the Natcachback program.

The Cabinet increases funding for the program to support buyers of Ukrainian products

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to increase the amount of state financial assistance to buyers of Ukrainian-made goods by 37 million UAH, while reducing funding for the compensation of the cost of domestic machinery and equipment by the same amount.

Amendments to the resolution of June 4, 2025, No. 652 were approved by the Cabinet’s decision of November 7, 2025, No. 1429. According to the new provisions, expenditures for providing financial assistance to buyers of Ukrainian products will increase from 2.4 billion UAH to 2.437 billion UAH. At the same time, funding for partial compensation of expenses for machinery and equipment is reduced from 200 million to 163 million UAH.

Let’s recall that previous government decisions provided a budget of 2.4 billion UAH for the “National Cashback” program and 200 million UAH for the compensation of expenses for industrial Ukrainian machinery. It is important to note that this reallocation of funds reflects the priority of supporting end consumers of Ukrainian products in the current economic situation.

Experts point out that the increase in aid for buyers emphasizes the importance of stimulating the domestic market in Ukraine. This can positively affect the development of the Ukrainian economy, as the growth in demand for local goods may lead to an increase in their production volumes.

Indicator Previous budget (million UAH) New budget (million UAH)
