The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine decided to confiscate the assets of JSC “Homsilmash” in favor of the state. This concerns shares in the statutory capitals of several Ukrainian companies.
The court satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, according to which the assets of the Belarusian company “Homsilmash” are transferred to the state. These assets include 100% of the share in the capital city company “Trade House Homsilmash-Ukraine,” 12.86% in “Trade House MT3-Belarus-Ukraine” in Mykolaiv region, as well as 50% in “PROMIN-YUH” in Odesa. In addition, the decision includes property rights to the trademarks “Homsilmash.” An appeal against the court’s decision can be filed within five days from the moment of its announcement.
JSC “Homsilmash” is the managing company of a holding, whose subsidiaries participate in the production of components for ammunition and kamikaze drones ordered by Russian military-industrial structures. The importance of this decision lies in countering the financing of military infrastructure cooperating with Russia through Belarusian subsidiaries.
Previously, the High Anti-Corruption Court similarly considered cases related to the confiscation of Ukrainian assets in state income, particularly An-148-100E aircraft and the rights to large credit debts.
