Ukraine calls on the world to support it in facing geopolitical challenges

Ukraine appeals to the international community to join forces in countering the aggressor attempting to change the international law system to legalize annexations. Support from other countries is critical in this confrontation.

The aggressor’s claim to reformat the international legal order and acknowledge annexations indicates serious threats to global stability. This move may be positively reacted to by China, while India and Brazil are likely to disagree. The United States, according to some forecasts, might change its position if influenced by Congress. However, today Ukraine, European countries, G7 states, and the majority of countries worldwide resolutely oppose such attempts.

Experts emphasize that the demands of the aggressor do not lead to peace but only intensify the conflict. They see it as an escalation, a further aggravation of the war, and the use of nuclear threats. The economic potential of the US and Europe significantly surpasses Russian capabilities, but aggressive plans require determination.

Addressing the global community, Ukraine stresses the necessity of joint actions to prevent further expansion. Historians may label inaction as “geopolitical impotence.” Accordingly, consolidation of efforts by Western countries to support Ukraine is needed.
