The Defense Forces successfully struck the Afipsky Oil Refinery and the aircraft repair plant in Taganrog.

Ukrainian forces struck strategically important Russian sites, leading to fires and the destruction of infrastructure at several locations. Following the attacks in Taganrog and Krasnodar Krai, factories involved in military industry and oil refining were damaged.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Defense Forces delivered successful strikes on the night of November 29, specifically targeting workshops of the aircraft repair plant in Taganrog, where strategic bombers Tu-95 and A-50 AEW aircraft are modernized. A fire broke out in the Tu-95 repair workshop, but the results of the strike are still being clarified.

In addition, strikes hit the Afipsky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai, one of the largest in southern Russia. This enterprise processes about 6.25 million tonnes of oil annually and provides fuel for the Russian army. The attack on the plant resulted in recorded explosions and fires.

The regional operational headquarters confirmed a fire at the Afipsky oil refinery, and representatives of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that the attack involved drones approximately 380 km from the front line. Also, Ukraine struck the marine oil terminal of the port “Tuapse,” destroying the vertical tank RO-5000.

Through these events, Ukraine demonstrated the effectiveness of its own weapons, such as the “Neptune” and “Bars” missiles, which can hit targets at significant distances. Experts note that such strikes could impact Russian military logistics and energy infrastructure, reducing the capability to supply fuel for army needs.
