and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these Terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Website.
The administration of golovne.com (hereinafter – the “Company”) reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
The updated version becomes effective from the moment it is published on the Website without any special notification to users.

If any claims, lawsuits or sanctions from third parties are brought against the Company in connection with information posted
by a particular user on the Website, such user undertakes to independently and at their own expense settle these claims,
as well as to reimburse the Company for all losses, costs or damage caused by such claims.

All messages and comments on the Website may be subject to post-moderation. The Moderator has the right to delete any content that,
in their opinion, violates these Terms, the laws of Ukraine or generally accepted standards of communication, without prior notice to the author.
